Description

The present invention relates to a method for producing resin molded parts provided with colored patterns. Molded articles, such as: buttons, etc., from resins of both natural and artificial origin can be made in such a way that the material is pressed in a heated press, or the finished tiles are processed, or the molten material is cast in molds. In addition to the various difficulties of fabrication, these methods are coupled with the inconvenience that supplying products with patterns of various patterns and colors is either impossible or not perfect. The application of the pattern could only be done in such a way that the finished material / was sprinkled with colorful solutions or mixtures of coloring agents. At the same time, however, it turned out that durable coloring is unattainable. Research has shown that the cause of this phenomenon is the insufficient porosity of the material. Dyeing can be done only after there are already solid or cohesive masses, which, however, do not perceive enough dyeing solutions or mixtures. According to the proposed method, the production of molded products supplied with colored patterns is carried out with the use of templates, subjecting the crushed material to preliminary pressing in powder form, i.e. giving the basic material the basic form of a later product and keeping it porous at the same time. The powder is treated, for example, in a tablet or other molding machine. Thus obtained, still porous, but already molded products are placed under the templates and treated with dyes.
