Description

Изобретение относитс  к области станкостроени  и касаетс  приспособлений, используемых при работе на сверлильных станках. Известны кондукторы тисочного типа дл  сверлени  отверстий в детал х, устанавливаемых и закрепл емых между двум  призмами, несущими кондукторные втулки. Цель изобретени ---обеспечить сверление отверстий, например контровочных в многогранниках различных типоразмеров. Это достигаетс  тем, что кажда  призма кондуктора выполнена составной с возможностью размерных устнановочных перемещений одной части призмы относительно другой. На чертеже изображен описываемый кондуктор . Кондуктор представл ет собой две составные призмы, имеющие нижние 1 и верхние 2 губки, несущие кондукторные втулки 3. Обрабатываемый многогранник устанавливаетс , фиксируетс  и зажимаетс  равномерно сход щимис  составными призмами. Перемещение указанных призм может осуществл тьс , например, от винтового механизма (на чертеже не показан). При этом предварительно производитс  настройка кондуктора дл  получени  требуемого размера между осью обрабатываемого отверсти  и гранью многогранника, котора  обеспечиваетс  перемещением нижних губок относительно верхних , например, посредством винтов 4 и 5. При этом центр многогранника перемещаетс  по вертикальной пр мой, а величина относительного сдвига нижних и верхних губок предопредел ет получение требуемого размера. Настройка относительного сдвига губок призм определ етс  с помощью масштабных щкал на половинах призм, положение рисок которых определ етс  расчетным путем. Более точна  настройка осуществл етс  с помощью мерных плиток, помещаемых между поверхност ми А и Б. The processed polyhedron is installed, fixed and clamped by uniformly converging composite prisms. These prisms can be moved, for example, from a screw mechanism (not shown in the drawing). In this case, the conductor is preliminarily adjusted to obtain the required size between the axis of the hole being machined and the face of the polyhedron, which is provided by moving the lower jaws relative to the upper ones, for example, by means of screws 4 and 5. The center of the polyhedron moves along the vertical straight line, and the relative shift of the lower and The upper jaws determine the desired size. The setting of the relative shift of the prism jaws is determined with the help of large-scale snaps on the half of the prisms, the position of the scratches of which is determined by calculation. A more precise adjustment is made with the aid of dimensional tiles placed between surfaces A and B.
