1 The invention relates to the field of piezotech, namely, quartz resonators used in oscillators or filter circuits. A piezoelectric resonator is known, which contains a monolithic stepped quartz plate with metallic point electrodes deposited on its main surfaces. A disadvantage of the known device is the small value of the achievable frequency separation, since there are strictly defined optimum values of the thickness of the electrodes. The optimum thickness of the electrodes depends on the frequency of the resonator, the design of the piezoelectric element, the material of the electrodes and the requirements for the resonators. A decrease in the electrode thickness leads to an increase in the equivalent resistance of the resonators due to an increase in the ohmic resistance of the metal electrodes. An increase in the thickness of the electrodes leads to an increase in the amplitude of parasitic resonances or to an increase in the equivalent resistance. The purpose of the invention is to increase the frequency separation while ensuring optimum electrode thicknesses. This is achieved by the fact that, in the proposed piezoelectric resonator, a quartz plate is made along a width of 1: 1.03 wedge shape and a distance between neighboring and dotted electrodes equal to 15-20 average thicknesses of the quartz plate between them. The drawing shows the proposed piezoelectric resonator, a General view. It is made in the form of a monolithic stepped quartz plate / with metal dotted electrodes 2. They are deposited by one of the known methods, for example, by sputtering, so that the thickness of the electrodes is approximately the same and equal to the optimum one. Quartz plate / wedge-shaped form. The width of the plate width is 1: 1.03. It is known that the frequency difference between point resonators is determined by the difference in plate thickness (in the centers of the electrodes of point resonators) and that the frequency of the resonator with fluctuations in shear in thickness depends on the thickness of the quartz plate: t where / is the frequency of the resonator, kHz; N is the frequency coefficient, the value of which depends on the slice, kg-mm; n is the harmonic number; t is the thickness of the quartz plate in the center of the electrode of the point resonator. Thus, the frequency difference of the point resonators is determined by the difference in the thickness of the plate (at the centers of the electrodes of the point resonators) of the piezoelectric element. In the proposed piezoelectric resonator, the difference in thickness between adjacent steps along the piezoelectric element, and 4, is: where Lf is the required frequency separation between adjacent electrodes. The distance between the adjacent electrodes (not less than (15-20) / sr, where / sr is the average thickness of the piezoelectric element between two point electrodes. The subject of the invention is a piezoelectric resonator containing a monolithic quashed quartz plate with metal dotted electrodes deposited on its main surfaces, characterized in that, in order to increase the frequency separation while ensuring optimum thickness of the electrodes, the quartz plate is 1: 1.03 in width and the distance between the neighbor and the dotted electrodes is 15-20 times the average thickness of the quartz plastppa between them.
