Description

100.This invention relates to the chemical industry. A known method of cleaning industrial emissions from harmful impurities by feeding into the furnace in a gaseous state and burning. However, the known cleaning method does not ensure the neutralization of emissions in the paint production. In order to neutralize emissions from the paint and varnish industry according to the proposed method, the emissions are heated to a vapor-superheated state before being fed into the furnace. This prevents air, water and soil from becoming contaminated with waste, reduces water production and eliminates wastewater. The method is illustrated in FIG. 4 Reaction gases and vapors from varnishing machines 1 are collected in a common manifold 2, which is connected to a furnace equipped with gas burners 3. The collector is heated by a coolant circulating in the jacket. The vapors and gases are heated to a vapor superheated state, which allows prevent clogging of the pipeline and improve combustion. The furnace is cyclonic, and the heaters are tangential. In this case, the flow of the mixture and the complete burnout of impurities proceed more intensively. Combustion products are discharged into the pipe with a smoke exhauster 4 equipped with a chopper 5. The burnout of the impurities is,%: phthalic and maleic anhydrides 94, acroleins 100.
