Однако известный способ очистки не обеспечивает обезвреживани выбросов в лакокрасочном производстве. С целью обезвреживани выбросов лакокрасочной производстве по предложенному способу выбросы перед подачей в топку подогревают до парооб- разного перегретого состо ни . Это предотвращает загр знение воздуха, воды и почвы отходами, уменьшает ра ход воды на производстве и ликвидирует стоки. Способ иллюстрируетс чертежом, 4 Реакционные газы и пары от лаковарочных аппаратов 1 собираютс в общем коллекторе 2, который соединен с топкой, оборудованной газовьми горелками 3. Коллектор обогреваетс теплоносителем, циркулирующим в рубашке.Пары и газы нагреваютс до парообразного перегретого состо ни ,что позвол ет предотвратить забивание газопровода и улучшить сжигание. Топка применена циклонна , а грелки расположены тангенциально. При этом интенсивнее протекают смешение потоков и полнота выгорани примесей. Продукты сгорани отвод тс в трубу дымососом 4, снабженным т гопрерывателем 5.
