Description

The invention relates to a technique for the manufacture of laminates with heat treatment on heated rolls. The known method of heat treatment of linoleum by infinitely heating it from 30 to 130 ° C and subsequent cooling to 30-40 ° C on thermostated drums. The method is not effective enough, requires a long time for the heat treatment of linoleum. The proposed method differs from the known one in that linoleum simultaneously with heat treatment is exposed to oxygen blowing and vacuum, which makes it possible to improve the technological process and increase its productivity. The essence of snoSaB is removed by drawing. The heat chamber consists of separate sections with drums, the number of which depends on the speed of their rotation. The speed of the linoleum can vary from 0.5 to 2 m / min. The sections form zones: zone I-temperature increase from 50-130 ° С, zone П - lowering the temperature from 130 to 30 ° С. The ends of the linoleum are connected on the sewing machine 1, then the linoleum is fed to the compensator 2. In the torque gauge 3, the linoleum cloth moves slowly along the rotating drums 4, rounding them by 3/4 forming. In this case, the position of the canvas changes all the time; once it passes through the drum on the front surface, then on the wrong side. Due to the heating and supply of air oxygen from the device 5, the polycondensation of the resins or their stabilization occurs, and the suction of gases through the pipe 6 facilitates the removal of reaction products formed from the web. As a result, conditions of accelerated heat treatment of linoleum are created. After exiting the chamber, linoleum enters the shaping table 7. The chamber can be used for heat treatment of al. Folding linoleum in order to reduce the time of its availability and stabilization of quality, to stabilize the quality of linoleum chloride and colloxlinated linoleum. The method of heat treatment of linoleum by its stepless heating from 30 to 130 ° C and subsequent cooling to 30-40 ° C on thermostatically controlled drums, characterized in that, in order to improve the technological of the process and increase of its irradiance, linoleum simultaneously with heat treatment is exposed to oxygen blowing n vacuum.
