METHOD OF THERMAL TREATMENT OF THIN-WALL PIPES
The invention relates to methods for the heat treatment of topcoated pipes. A known method of heat treatment of pipes, including heating moving pipes to 820-950 ° C and cooling. At the same time, on the Coptseal sections of the tubes, blows on the rollers and one on the other are formed at the bottom and indentations. The purpose of the proposed method is to prevent the deformation of the end sections of pipes during movement. For this, the ends of the pipes are preheated to a temperature of 950 ° C and cooled in water. The described method includes pre-quenching in water of the ends of thin-walled pipes (for example, 325X3-5 mm) from separate heating or from heating in a pipe razduktor; yvpop machine (the length of the sections to be quenched is not less than 20 mm); the filing of pa roller conveyor loading sectional furnaces; heating in sectional furnaces up to 820-950 С and cooling (in air or compulsory). Since the hardened ends of the pipes retain high hardness at elevated temperatures, colliding the ends of the pipes with the rollers and one with another due to the longitudinal bending of the pipes that occurs at the beginning of the joint does not lead to the formation of nicks and holes. Experimental verification showed that after preliminary hardening using the proposed method, the hardness liRc of steel 20 is 600, 700, 800 ° C, respectively, 83; 73.5; 69, i.e., the heating temperature in section furnaces remains sufficiently high. By eliminating the formation of nicks and holes on the end sections of the pipes, this method allows to increase the yield of the product during the heat treatment of thin-walled pipes. A pre-invented method for the thin-walled pipes processing, including heating moving pipes up to 820-950 ° C and cooling, characterized in that, in order to prevent the deformation of the copsex pipe sections during movement, the end sections of the preheater are heated to a temperature exceeding chilled give r in e.
