Description

Изобретение относитс  к медицинской технике , а именно к протезам верхних конечностей . Известен привод, содержаш,ий т говый механизм в виде сектора с т гой и собачки, и разгрузочный механизм с упругим элементом. Однако в этом приводе при сгибании - разгибании протезированной конечности требуетс  больша  величина моментов мышечных сил. Целью изобретени   вл етс  создание устройства , облегчающего управление протезом. Дл  этого в приводе установлены электродвигатель , микропереключатели, механический пороговый элемент и самотормоз ща с  винтова  передача, к гайке которой прикреплен конец упругого элемента разгрузочного механизма, электродвигатель кинематически св зан с винтом самотормоз щейс  передачи, а механический пороговый элемент выполнен в виде пружины, например пластинчатой, и блока управлени  с микропереключател ми пр мого и обратного вращени  вала электродвигател , последовательно соединенными с микропереключател ми крайних положений гайки самотормоз щейс  передачи и микропереключателем , установленным в пальцах кисти протеза. Иа чертеже изображена принципиальна  схема привода. Он содержит электродвигатель 1, кинематически св занный с винтом 2 самотормоз щейс  передачн, гайка 3 которой св зана с концом упругого элемента 4 разгрузочного мехаппзма. Привод снабжен т говым механизмом в виде сектора 5 с т гой 6 и собачки 7, механическим пороговым элементом, выполненным в виде пружины 8, например, пластинчатой, и блоком управлени  с микропереключател ми 9 пр мого и 10 обратного вращени  вала электродвигател  1, последовательно соединенными с микропереключател ми 11 и 12 крайних положений гайки 3 самотормоз щейс  передачи и микропереключателем 13, установленным в пальцах кисти протеза. Привод работает следующим образом. При захвате кистью предмета срабатывает микропереключатель 13. Последующий подъем дистального звена протеза осуществл етс  за счет усили , прпкладываемого к т ге 6. Если это усилие превышает пороговую величину , задаваемую жесткостью пружины 8, собачка 7 поворачиваетс  вокруг оси 14, включа  микропереключатели 9 пр мого вращени .
