Description

Известно устройство дл забивани гвоздей иа твоздезабивных автоматах, включающее боек и подвижную опору дл загибани гвоздей. Целью изобретени вл етс обеспечение возможности контрол подачи гвоздей и пробивани ими досок. Это достигаетс тем, что устройство снабжено реле времени и нсточииком питани , образующими вместе с бойком и подвижной опорой электрическую цепь, замыкаемую гвоздем, прошедшим сквозь забиваемые доски. На чертеже изображено предлагаемое устройство . Оно содержит боек /, вход щий в паправл ющую 2 с поданным в нее гвоздем, подвижную опору 3 дл загибани гвоздей, реле 4 с источником питани а. В начале цикла боек 1 отведен вверх и в направл ющую подаетс гвоздь 6. Затем боек с гвоздем движутс вниз, а подвижна опора 3 получает горизонтальное перемещение и загибает острый конец гвозд . При этом она замыкает электрическую цепь, состо щую из гвозд 6, бойка 1, реле 4, источника питани 5 и подвижной опоры 3, и реле дает команду на продолжение никла работы станка. При отсутстнип гвозд цепь разомкнута, вследствие чего можно дать команду на повторение подачи гвозд или на остановку цикла.
