Description

Изобретение относитс  к области обработки металлов давлепием. Способ предназначен дл  выт жки полых издели из листовых заготовок . Известные способы выт жки осесимметричных изделий путем иагрева фланца и охлаждени  центральной части заготовки не обеспечивают получени  изделий достаточной выcoibi за один переход с равномерпой толщиной стенки без образовани  фестонов. Цель изобретени  - повышение коэффициента использовани  металла, увеличение глубины выт жки и уменьшение разностенности издели . Это достигаетс  тем, что нагрев фланцевой части производ т дифференцированно путем создани  в тангенциально.м направлении чередующихс  очагов разогрева и охлаждени . Дл  обеспечени  выт жки изделий из заго овок некруглой в плапе формы, папример квадратных, их меньшие стороны нагревают до более высокой температуры. Способ осуществл ете, следующим образом. Фланцева  часть заготовки нерав 1омерно нагреваетс , например, новоротным индуктором в сочетании с охладителел; так, что одни ее участки в тангенциальном навравлении нагреваютс  до температуры отжига материала, а ;1.ругие охлаждаютс , например, до комнатHoii температуры, ч&м обеспечиваетс  более авномерное напр женное состо ние выт гиваемой части заготовки, облегчающее процесс выт жки. При этом нагрев и охлаждение ведут так, что участки с максимальным перепадом температуры перемещаютс , например, вращением индуктора относительно матрицы. В случае выт жки осесимметричных изделий из некруглой заготовки, например квадратной щестиуго.чьной формы, позвол ющей устранить промежуточную обточку, меньщие стороны нагревают до более высокой температуры .
