Description
3:1.Od CO (35 3 The invention relates to methods for producing foams from artificial resins. Formulations for foams are known, consisting of a urea-formaldehyde resin, an alkyl sulfonic acid sodium salt and a foam salt stabilizer, and a foam stabilizer resorcinol. However, the polymer in a state of solidity is very fragile , while reducing the amount of resin in this composition to 25%, foam destruction occurs during curing. The purpose of the invention is to increase the foam multiplicity (the ratio of foam volume to the volume of ienogen-forming a reduced amount of resin) and improving the physicomechanical properties of peoplasts. To achieve this goal, it is proposed to introduce a foam stabilizer carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) dissolved in water into the composition for the foam polymer consisting of urea formaldehyde resin, sodium sulfate salt, and in the following ratios, wt. Urine to an inorganic resin 25-40. Sodium salt 1-1.65 alkylsulfonic acid Carbock synthetic cellulose 0, 1-0.3 Use CMC as a foam stabilizer in an amount of 0.10, 3 weight.h. allows you to get a foam with a multiplicity of 5 times greater than that of a mipore The compressive strength of the material is 1 g / cm. Such a foam material can be used as a heat insulator to protect the soil from freezing. PRI me R, 0.1 weight.h. ScH solution in water at 20-25 ° C, then 30 parts by weight are added to the thief. urea-formaldehyde resin, the solution is thoroughly mixed and incubated for 1015 hours at room temperature. After adding 1 weight.h. sodium alkylsulfonate solution is ready to use. The resin curing solution is prepared immediately before use by adding 1% of a blowing agent to a 10% aqueous solution of phosphoric acid. Yervy and second solutions are mixed in a 3: 1 ratio.
