Description

A sampling device for an aerosol containing a dropping liquid can be used in the metallurgical, chemical, and other sectors of the industry in monitoring the performance of a wet gas cleaning apparatus. A gas intake source is known which contains an interrupter with a gap around it. In order to improve the accuracy of sampling gas containing dropping liquid, the breaker of the proposed gas intake tip is made in the form of a glass with a suction tube, the bottom of which is tightly connected to the tip, and it is located in the direction of sampling. The device shown in the drawing. Around the tip 1 is located with a gap, the breaker 2 in the form of a glass with a suction tube 3. The tip is fixed on the sampling nozzle. The gas sample is sucked through the nozzle, which is installed in the opposite direction to the gas flow. The liquid, separated by the tip surface, flows along the chopper to the slot, where it is sucked into the tube, to which is attached the pull booster. The breaker, as a rule, is placed at a height of 4.5-5.0 mm above the inlet of the gas inlet tip. The width of the gap is usually 1.0-1.2 mm. The flow rate of gas sucked through the interrupter increases with increasing concentration of droplets in the gas. The device allows to improve the control of the operation of wet gas cleaning devices. The subject of the invention is a gas intake nozzle containing an interrupter located with a gap around it, characterized in that, in order to increase the accuracy of sampling of gas containing dropping liquid, the interrupter is made in the form of a glass with a suction tube, the bottom of which is hermetically connected to the nozzle and located in the direction of extraction samples.
