Description

Предмет изобретени  Способ неразрущающего контрол  физ1икохимических процессов в структурированных упруго-в зко-пластичных дисперсных системах путем наложени  полей внешних сил, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью повышени  точности и сокращени  времени контрол , испытуемую среду герметизируют, помещают в магнитное поле и измер ют удельную магнитную восприимчивость системы с последующим фиксированием резкого изменени  удельной магнитной восприимчивости и времени ее релаксации .The invention relates to methods for controlling physicochemical processes occurring in structured elastic-visco-plastic systems, for example, in the study of changes in the phase composition of cement paste. There is a method of studying the physicochemical processes occurring when the phase composition of the cement paste changes, based on the measurement of: and the electrical properties of the dough. The proposed method allows to increase the accuracy of the analysis due to the fact that the test medium is sealed, placed in a magnetic field and the specific magnetic susceptibility of the system and the relaxation time of the specific magnetic susceptibility are measured. Example. Shuttered cement paste is placed in glass tubes, compacted, sealed, and then placed in a constant magnetic field to determine specific, magnetic susceptibility. They fix the initial and steady-state {polarizations when the system is polarized in a magnetic field. The relaxation time of the rel is defined as the difference in the time intervals corresponding to the initial and steady-state values of the magnetic susceptibility Z. The kinetic characteristics of structure formation are fixed by changing the set values /. For example, as we approach the beginning of structure formation, a decrease in X values and relaxation time is observed. The moment corresponding to the phase transition is fixed by a sharp change (jump) in the established values of x: the relaxation time becomes zero. Subsequently, Z and 1 rela are practically unchanged. The subject of the invention is a method for non-destructive control of physical and chemical processes in structured elastic-visco-plastic dispersed systems by applying external force fields, characterized in that, in order to improve accuracy and reduce control time, the test medium is sealed, placed in a magnetic field and the specific magnetic field is measured. susceptibility of the system, followed by fixing a sharp change in the specific magnetic susceptibility and its relaxation time.
