DEVICE FOR MEASURING THE VISCOSITY OF LIQUIDS
При воздействии на датчик переменного усили измен етс магнитна проницаемость сердечника, и во вторичной обмотке 9 возникает переменное напр жение, амплитуда которого зависит от скорости изменени усили : /7 -k- вых - 1 ,, This invention relates to the field of viscosity studies of various liquids, such as viscose, in the chemical fiber industry. The known device for measuring the viscosity of liquids, comprising a flow chamber, a tapered disc and a sensor element in the form of two sectors, does not provide an increase in the accuracy of measuring the viscosity of liquids and sensitivity. The proposed device makes it possible to increase the accuracy of measuring the viscosity of liquids due to the fact that the rotor disk is provided with cuts, and the magnetically anisotropic sensor has an excitation winding fed by a constant current. Pa figs. 1 and 2 are respectively a left side view and a front view of the proposed device with a sensitive element made in the form of a bracket; in fig. 3 and 4, respectively, the left view and front view of the proposed device with a sensitive element, made in the form of a frame. A device for measuring the viscosity of liquids (see Figs. 1 and 2) contains a flow chamber /, a disk 2 with notches 5 therein, a synchronous electric motor 5 mounted on an axis 4, and also a sensitive element b, having the form of a bracket covering a part of the disk 2 and rigidly mounted on a multi-element magneto-anisotropic force sensor 7 having an excitation winding 8 and an output winding 9. The sensing element 6 is led out through the chamber wall / realized with the help of a sealing assembly 10. A nozzle is used to inlet and discharge the measured liquid. 1 and 12. The apparatus operates as follows. A measured liquid flows through the chamber / continuously. When the motor 5 rotates, the sensing element 6 alternately contacts the protrusion with the protrusion, then with the cutout of the disk 2. A variable amplitude force arises from the sensing element 6, which is transmitted to the load cell 7. The winding 8 of the sensor is powered by direct current and creates core sensor constant magnetic flux. In the absence of force, or at a constant magnitude of force, the voltage in the output winding 9 is absent. When a variable force is applied to the sensor, the magnetic permeability of the core changes, and an alternating voltage appears in the secondary winding 9, the amplitude of which depends on the rate of force change: / 7-k-1 - 1 ,,
