ЧЕРВЯЧНО-ДИСКОВЫЙ ЭКСТРУДЕР ДЛЯ ПЕРЕРАБОТКИ ПОЛИМЕРНЫХ МАТЕРИАЛОВ Известен черв чно-дисковый экструдер дл переработки полимерных материалов, содержащий соосно установленные в корпусе и снабженные индивидуальными приводами полый транспортирующий черв к и диск, образующий с корпусом рабочий зазор. В описываемом устройстве полый транспортирующий черв к установлен на ступице неподвижного конуса, образующего с корпусом сужающуюс щель, переход щую в рабочий зазор между корпусом И диском, благодар чему стабилизируетс 1процесс экструзии. На чертеже изображен черв чно-дисковый экструдер. Черв чно-диоковый экструдер содержит -вращающийс диск /, paз мeщeнный в неподвижном корпусе 2, в торцовой части которого расположен формующий инструмент . К фланцу корпуса 2 крепитс неподвижный корпус 4 с загрузочным бункером 5. В корпусе 4 соосно с диском / расположен полый транспортирующий черв к 6. Между черв ком и вращающимс диском расположен неподвижный конус 7, на ступице 8 которого установлен упом нутый черв к. Конус 7 с неподвижным KopnycoiM 4 образуют сужающуюс щель а, переход щую в рабочий зазор б экструдера . Черв к 6 имеет индивидуальный при-вод 9.. Исходный материал из загрузочного бункера 5 поступает на вращающийс транспортирующий черв к 6, который перемещает его в направлении неподвижного конуса 7. Далее материал поступает в сужающуюс щель а, образованную конусом 7 и неподвижным корпусом 4, где он формуетс в непрерывный кольцеобразный столб, уплотн етс и направл етс в экструдер одновременно по всему сечению его рабочего зазора б. Оптимальное число оборотов черв ка подбираетс при помощи индивидуального привода 9. Подача материала в экструдер одновременно по всему сечению его рабочего зазора устран ет неравномерности загрузки и способствует стабилизации процесса экструзии. The subject of the invention is a screw-disk extruder for processing polymeric materials containing a hollow transporting screw worm coaxially mounted in a housing and equipped with individual drives and a disk forming a working gap with the housing, characterized in that, in order to stabilize the extrusion process, between the drives and the screw there is a fixed cone, sleep: a fucking hub, on which a screw is mounted and which forms a narrowing slit with the body, passing into the working gap.
