Description
Известен способ изготовлени профилированных изделий ИЗ стекла путем переформовани пластичной непрерывно движущейс ленты.
Предлагаемый способ позвол ет повысить качество изделий.
Достигаетс это тем, что кромки ленты, разогретые до температуры разм гчени , отгибают наружу до горизонтальиого положени торцовой ПЛОСКОСТИ ленты, сплавл ют посредством радиационного нагрева и сжимают, образу непрерывный шов, который дополнительно подпрессовывают.
Рациональный нагрев осуществл ют сфокусированной лучистой энергией ксеноновых ламп сверхвысокого давлени . Тем самым исключаетс необходимость расположени источника тепла в непосредственной близости от свариваемой поверхности, что позвол ет устранить факторы химического и механического воздействии источника тепловой энергии на свариваемый шов, а также вести сварку шва в нейтральной среде, создаваемой непосредственно в зоне сваркн и не вли ющей на состав расплавленной массы стекла в зоне шва.
