Description

Предлагаемый станок дл изготовлени зубных крампонов снабжен.клещами, служащими дл образовани утолщений на отрезанных концах проволоки. С целью обрезани заготовок применен особый нож, получающий возвратно-поступательные перемещени от кривошипа. На чертеже фиг. 1 изображает вид станка рпереди с частичным разрезом; фиг. 2 - вид его сбоку; фиг. 3 - вид его сверху. Предлагаемый станок (фиг. 1 -3) состоит из укрепленного в Г1лите 14 кронштейна 12, служащего дл удержани двух валиков 9 с барабанами 7 и зубчаткой I. Барабаны 7 предназначены дл подачи отрезанной проволоки крампона в центр к бойкам 6 и служат в качзстве матрицы дл изготовлени голозки крампона. Эти барабаны снабжены пазами дл проволоки, при чем число канавок соответствует числу зубцов зубчатки 1. Дп ,отрезани заготовок служит нож 2, укрепленный на рычаге 4 и получающий возвратно-поступательные перемещени при помощи кривошипа. 5, Рычаг 4 одним своим кондом удерживаетс пальцем кривошипа 5; другой же конец его, нес5удий нож 2, служит дл сообщени периодического поворота зубчатке 1 и барабанам 7. , )... С целью образовани утолщений на отрезанных концах проволоки при1 енены клещи 13, приводимые в действие при помощи шайбы 8 с криволинейным пазом , присоединенной к приводному шкиву, и надетые шарнирно на болт 3, укреп л емый в плите 14. Дл направлени проволоки, подаваемой роликами 18 под нож 2, предназначена трубка 16, играюща в то же врем роль второго клинка ножа. При вращении шкива шайба 8. с кривошипным пазом заставл ет рычаг 4 получать поступательное движение, поворачива зубчатку 1, св занную посредством валика 9 и шестеренки 17 с подающим роликом 18. Проволока роликами 18 продвигаетс в трубку 16 под нож 2. При возвратном движении рычага 4 нож 2 отрезает заготовку проволоки . При дальнейшем вращении шкива заготовка проволоки попадает в паз ролиха 7, поворачиваемого при помощи зубчатки 1, и подаетс к центру бойков 6. Концы 15 клещей 13, перемеща сь по криволинейному пазу шайбы 8, сжимаютс и бойками 6 сдавливают концы проволоки, выполн утолщени крампона .
