Description

В предлагаемом станке, выполн ющем продольное разрезание материала обычными круглыми ножницами, рычажные ножницы, осуществл ющие Поперечное разрезание материала, периодически привод тс в действие посредством сухарей, помещенных в направл ющих хомутиков и устанавливаемых соединенной с ними педалью в положение, при котором хомутики, воспринима действие вращающегос эксцентрика, сообщают движение соединенному с ними подвижному валу рычажных ножниц.In the proposed machine, which performs the longitudinal cutting of the material with ordinary round scissors, the lever shears, which perform the cross-cutting of the material, are periodically brought into action by means of crackers placed in the guide clamps and set by the pedal connected with them to the position where the clamps are perceived rotating eccentric, motion is connected to the movable shaft of the lever shears.

На оси 7 закреплены две эксцентричные шайбы 9 и коническа шестерн 10 соедин юща с с конической шестерней 11 оси 12, расположенной поперек рамы 1 станка и снабженной круглыми можами 13, при чем над осью 12 расположена параллельна ей ось 14, также снабженна круглыми ножами и соединенна с осью 12 зубчатой передачей 15, ;}б. Эксцентрические шайбы 9, охватываютс хомутиками 17, соединенными посредством т г. 18 и штанги 19 с подвижным клинком рычажных ножниц 21, установленных на раме 1 перпенд и1 у л рно ос ми 12,14 с круглыми ножами 13.
