Description

The invention relates to laboratory equipment, namely, evaporation dishes. The famous evaporation cup with a hemispherical shape is inconvenient for the chromatographic determination of substances that are extremely low-concentration mixtures. In particular, when using ion-exchange resins for the purification of amino acids found in biological fluids, 40-50 ml of eluate must be evaporated, and the dry residue p. Dissolved in 0.1-0.2 ml of solvent. Taking into account that in the used cups the sediment occupies a relatively large surface at the bottom, it is almost impossible to completely "remove such a small amount of solvent and a significant amount of suspended matter is lost. Increasing the amount of solvent makes it difficult to apply a sample to the chromatogram, increasing the time required. The aim of the invention is the possibility of evaporating a solution with a low concentration of dissolved vesch,; For this, the inner surface of the cup is made in the form of a vapor; boloid of rotation with a recess in the bottom part. In addition, the cup has a reference plane. The drawing shows the proposed cup in p-cutting. The outer and inner surfaces of the walls 1 of the cup are made in the shape of a paraboloid of rotation. The bottom inside the cup has a recess 2 (for example, 0.3 cp). The cup is provided with a supporting plane 3 for a stable position on the working plane. Thus, this cup shape allows for the evaporation of a solution with a low concentration of dissolved matter, followed by dissolving the precipitate of this substance with a poor volume of liquid. Subject of the invention 1. An evaporation cup, characterized in that, in order to allow the solution to be heated with a H solute concentration, its inner surface is made in the shape of a paraboloid of rotation with a depression in the bottom part. 2. A cup according to claim 1, characterized in that it has a reference plane.
