Description
штыр .FIG. 1 of the drawing shows a folding shield in the working position; FIG. 2 is the same when folded; FIG. 2 kind of bar; FIG. pin
Каркас выполн етс из брусков мелкого сортамента, употребл емых в дело без строгани .The proposed shields for the collapsible roofing device consist of: 1) a frame (obratka), 2) an upper covering of roofing plywood and 3) a lower binder with simple plywood. The frame of the shield is formed from standard bars 1, 2, 2 ... 2, 3, 4, worn by middle holes on pin 5. The pin must serve as an intermediate elastic support for the crates bars, in order to be able to with a commonly used assortment of bars (40X40 mm and 50 × 50 mm), to increase the span from the usual 1–1.5 m to 3-4 m. The framework is made of fine bars used in planing.
In order to obtain the required distance between the battens of the batten in the working position, each shield bar in the middle has a corresponding thickness of single (in the extreme elements 1 and 4) or paired (in the middle 2 and 3) lining 6 attached to the bar with nails. These linings reinforce the cross-section of the bar, weakened in the middle by the hole for the pins, and in the extreme elements 1.4 and a cut-in. When installing the shield in the working position between two neighboring trusses (Fig. 1), the shield opens by an appropriate amount depending on the HEIGHT of the cross-section of the supporting structure. At the same time, each shield bar at one end rests on the upper one from one truss, and the second to the lower one at the other (neighboring) truss. Such alternate support of bars on neighboring farms is intended to create a rigid structure between farms, which prevents the compressed bearing structure from moving from the plane of the farms. The ends of the shields, resting on the lower one with, are beveled and abut in a corresponding slot, which prevents them from lifting up during operation, while the ends of the same bar of the shield, resting on the upper hull, are pressed to the last pressure plate 12, running along the upper one on the truss and attached to su by grouse or screws. By such anchoring of the bars, we mean to achieve the same work of the structure both under the action of the load from above and below (suction of the wind). Apply light iron puffs that run through stiffeners or stand trusses inside
щита, должно придать жесткость конструкции в продольном направлении и в некоторыхслуча х позволит отказатьс от устройства специальных жестких торцевых частей.the shield must give rigidity to the structure in the longitudinal direction and in some cases will allow refusing from the device special rigid end parts.
During transportation, the shield can be folded into a flat package (Fig. 2), which, with low weight, makes it easy to transport and install it in a working position.
From above, the shield is covered with roofing plywood (Fig. 1), sewn to its bars with roofing nails. The upper cover consists of two extreme sheets 7, two gaskets 8 and one middle sheet 9. The middle sheet 9 is sewn onto the shield bars and is held in working position by the overhangs of sheets 7 behind the gaskets. The bottom filing of the shield consists of two extreme sheets 10 and one medium I, and is made of simple plywood sewn onto the shield bars with roofing nails. The end sheets 10 are sewn tightly to the shield, the middle one is sewn tightly on the one hand, and on the other, in the attachment points to the bars, has two elongated holes, thanks to which the shield can be opened to a predetermined size.
This kind of roof should be especially convenient for portable (collapsible) type structures, where the shield can be used several times: for example, hangars, warehouses, barracks, collapsible housing, heat insulation, etc. For structures that require a warm roof , from the bottom to the shield it is necessary to hem the fibrolit, arborite or other heat-insulating material.
The subject matter of the invention.
Щит дл устройства разборной кровли, отличающийс тем, что его каркас состоит из р да брусков 1, 2, 2, 2,3, 4, надетых срединными отверсти ми на штырь 5, в рабочем положении скрещенных между србою и упирающихс поочередно одним ко-нцом в гнезда верхнего по са фермы, другим-в гнезда нижнего ее по са, а дл перевозки складываемых в плоский пакет, фанерна же обшивка устроена как с верхней, так и с нижней стороны щита из крайних листов, прикрепленных к брускам каркаса наглухо, и среднего листа, который с целью возможности складывани щита в пакеты вложен своими кра ми под кра крайних листов, при чем в верхней общивке этот лист свободен, а в нижней-пришит одной стороной наглухо, а на другой стороне имеет продолговатые отверсти .Shield for the device of a collapsible roof, characterized in that its frame consists of a series of bars 1, 2, 2, 2,3, 4, worn by the middle holes on the pin 5, in the working position crossed between the gap and abut alternately in one piece in the nests of the upper farm, others in the nests of the lower one, and for transportation folded into a flat package, the same veneer lining is arranged both from the top and from the bottom of the shield from the outer sheets attached to the framework bars and tightly sheet, which for the purpose of the possibility of folding the shield into packets It has its edges under the edges of the extreme sheets, with this sheet free in the upper collar, and sewn tightly at the bottom, and has oblong holes on the other side.
