And Mi 24 The proposed reactor can be used in the chemical industry to produce fertilizers. The known fertilizer reactors, consisting of a cylindrical body with a conical bottom and a mixing device, work periodically, and the product sticks to their walls during operation. The proposed reactor is characterized in that the mixing devices are made in the form of triangular blades mounted at an angle to the shaft, and the casing is provided with a mixing device for liquid reagents. This makes it possible to intensify the process. FIG. 1 is a schematic illustration of an invented reactor. The reactor consists of a housing 1, divided by partitions 2, inside of which a triangular blade 4 is fixed on the common shaft 3, mounted at an angle to the shaft 3. Inside the case there is a mixer 5 of liquid reagents. The reactor operates as follows. The reactor is loaded with liquid reagents through a screw mixer 5 to the working volume and includes a shaft 3c, mixing devices (blades) 4. The finished reaction slurry is lowered through valve 6 into a centrifuge and simultaneously open the valves supplying liquid reagents to the screw mixer 5. The total amount of incoming reagents (by volume) must correspond to the volume of the finished reaction pulp produced through the bleed valve 6. At the same time, the level of reactants in the reactors should not be changed. The rate of movement of the reaction mixture and its residence time in the reactor are controlled by feeding the volumes of the reacting components. Knowing the time required for the reaction to pass, it is possible to create the necessary speed of movement of the reacting masses at which the reaction ends at the right place in the reactor and the time comes to neutralize the pulp. The blades 4 can be installed at any angle to the plane of rotation in order to create a longitudinal movement of the reaction mass. Their length should be approximately equal to the radius of rounding of the gutter-like bottom of the reactor.
