Description

Изобретение относитс  к области охлаж-деии  и разделени  газов, например воздуха, на два иотока, один из которых обогащен азотом , а второй кислородом.
Известные установки дл  разделени  воздуха , Б которых в качестве разделительиого устройства используютс  ректификационные колоииы, громоздки, сложны в изготовлении. Их невозможно применить в услови х вибрации , наклонов и т. д.
В цредлагаемон устаиовке разделительное устройство вь полиено в виде двух вихревых труб, соединенных последовательно, что делает установку легкой, комиактной и транспортабельной . Кроме того, дл  повышени  степени извлечени  кислорода из воздуха всасывающий иатрубок вихревой трубы первой ступени подключен к холодному ко1щу вихревой трубы второй ступени при получении газообразного кислорода или к полости сбориика жидкого кислорода нри получении жидкого кислорода, причем в последнем случае параллельио с первой вихревой трубой установлена треть  вихрева  труба.
На фиг. 1 изображена описываема  устаиовка дл  получени  газообразного кислорода; на фиг. 2 - установка дл  нолучени  жидкого кнелорода.

Ири получении жидкого кислорода в устаиовку входит треть  вихрева  труба 9 и сборпик 10 жидкого кислорода.
Воздух, сжатый в ко.мпрессоре / до 6-12 ата, после вод ного холод 1лы1нка направл ют в теплообменник .2, где его охлаждают обратнымн потоками азота и кислорода до 180°К.
