Description
The proposed hollow concrete stone, prepared from hydraulic and air solutions, is provided with a relatively large number of parallel cylindrical voids, closed on one side and with an area not exceeding each 4 square meters. See. The distance between the voids depends on the purpose of the stone and the mechanical and thermal requirements proposed to it. Thus, for the interior walls of buildings, stones are made with evenly distributed vertical cylinders-voids, located in the thicker, the less floors or loads. A stone is laid in the outer walls, having a dense protective layer from the outside against atmospheric influences and impacts, then a layer with densely located voids that provide non-thermal conductivity, and from the inside again a dense layer; it is also possible to arrange hollow cylinders, gradually cutting them to the inner side in order to move the center of the heat capacity of the wall to its inner surface. At the same time, the frequent location of the thin voids of the tubes makes it possible to oppress the stone at the work site (for example, near the doors and windows), put lintels and arches, and this stone is more susceptible to crushing over its cross section, depending on the loads and solution. The proposed stones with many voids make it possible to use airborne, cheaper solutions, due to the rapid desiccation of stones in the manufacture and washing with air of the entire mass of stones through voids. In the masonry, voids supplied from one bed of stone with incomplete diaphragms are closed close with mortar. It is also possible horizontal arrangement of voids parallel to the longitudinal axis of the walls. In the manufacture of tubular-hollow stones, it is possible to work both on liquid solutions, poured iB forms, equipped with removable metal or wood rods, respectively, and when using tamped concrete, which has greater strength, and the latter method of operation requires less equipment costs Manufacturing The manufacture of the proposed hollow stones from tamped concrete is carried out in the form shown in the drawing in vertical section in FIG. 1 and in terms of FIG. 2. On the vibrating platform J, of a conventional construction, a seed metal base 2 is fixed, into which metal rods 3, arranged according to the purpose of the stone, are sealed tightly. A wooden folding mold 4 with a metal bottom 5 with drilled holes corresponding to the arrangement of the rods is put on the base 2. A seed iron 6 is placed on the mold, into which a solution of normal density is loaded, after which by rotation of the lever 7, the iron frame 1 with the form installed on it is driven with a ratchet 8. The mold vibration causes the solution to fill all voids and evenly compact. After the site motions have been discontinued / the funnel 6 is removed, the excess solution is smoothed, and then the form 4 rises and, since the rods clamped by the compacted solution serve as reliable guides, then skewing does not occur during lifting; the solution itself does not experience any lateral mechanical effects when emptying the voids. Putting the form aside does not worry until the moment when the solution is set so that you can begin disassembling the form. Depending on the composition of the mortar, the stone is either dried or kept wet until solidified. The machine is designed with the difference that the metal base with rods (brush) is designed to lower. Then, after packing, the rods are lowered, and the form is removed from the platform without lifting and put aside to solidify. After that, the base with the rods is raised again, fixed at the level of the platform, and the next stone is packed. diaphragmed voids at one end, characterized in that the said voids have very small cross-sectional dimensions (not more than 4 square centimeters), but are arranged in a much larger, comparatively to Normal, quantity, being at the same time or evenly distributed in the stone, or they are placed in some parts of the stone more often than in others. It may also be quite analogous to the subject matter of a patent. Concrete hollow stone with cylindrical
