Description

(54) METHOD FOR PRODUCING BRASS COATINGS

Methods are known for producing brass coatings by pre-plating products, hot-dip galvanizing followed by heat treatment for diffusion of copper into copper.

The proposed method allows to significantly intensify the production of brass coatings.

Анод угольный, предварительно прокаленный .According to the proposed method, zinc plating of copper-coated products is carried out at a temperature of 60 ° -8OO ° C and a current density of 100-2OO a / dm melt containing 40% zinc chloride and 60% alkali or alkaline earth metal chlorides. The addition of metaphosphate sodium (up to 3%) contributes to the formation of a uniform layer of brass without zinc sag. The anode is coal, previously calcined.

Products from the bath are discharged under current, washed and dried at a temperature of

Контроль и регулировку температуры осуществл ют платиновородиевой термопарой в комплекте с прибором ПСМР-2.The temperature is monitored and adjusted using a platinum-hydrogen thermocouple complete with a PSMR-2 instrument.
