Предлагаема  трубка, изображенна  на чертеже, имеет цилиндрические электроды, расположенные коаксиально, с кварцевой изол цией между ними, при чем дно каждого электрода отдел етс  от другого тоже кварцевыми изол торами, один из которых 4 показан на чертеже. Напр жение подводитс  к двум крайним электродам 1 и 2, а вс  трубка помещаетс  в катушку 3, служащую дл  создани  магнитного потока, повышающего электрическую прочность изол торов.
