Description

(54) METHOD FOR OBTAINING SYNTHETIC ZEOLITES The invention relates to a method for producing synthetic zeolites. Synthetic zeolites are known to be prepared by mixing an alkaline solution of sodium Schminate. sodium silicate solution, followed by crystallization, washing and drying. In this way, however, adsorbents of insufficient selectivity are obtained. In order to eliminate this drawback, sodium methyl silicate is proposed as the original silicon-containing compound. Example. Synthetic zeolite is obtained as follows. A 0.68 M sodium aluminate solution is mixed at room temperature (with an aluminate content of 55.7 g / l and a module,

Solutions are taken in ratios: per 1 volume of sodium aluminate 0.46 volume of sodium methylsiliconate, which corresponds to the ratio of oxides in the initial mixture 20.0 mol) s 3.97 mol: 1.36 mol AgjOs and 4 g of ion CHj, in terms of sodium methylsiliconate introduced. After thorough mixing, the gel matures under the mother liquor at room temperature for 24 hours, then crystallizes in a sealed ampoule on a boiling water bath for 150 hours. The resulting product is washed off with salt and excess gel (to pH S 7) and dried at 120 ° C. The dehydrated form of the crystals of the sample of the new zeolite has the composition of the invention. The method of obtaining synthetic zeolites by mixing the sodium aluminate solutions with silicon containing 1mOnDiNe, followed by crystallization of the obtained gel, is and drying, characterized in that, to obtain a selective adsorbent, as a silicon-containing compound used methylsiliconate natriS ..
