1.Figure 1 shows a general view of the inventive stand; Fig. 2 is a section A-A on Yu Fig. 1.
The stand for testing sleepers for dynamic loads contains a stationary frame, which is prefabricated and consists of a base 1, racks 2 and fixed traverses 3. Hydraulic cylinders 4 are attached to the traverses 3, interacting with movable rods 5. Vertical guides are also attached to the base 1 6. Vertical guides 6 contain adjusting nuts 7, with springs located on them 8. Sliders 9 are supported on springs 8, having the ability to move along the guides 6. Guides b are closed at the top with fixed 25 beams 10. From the bottom, rails 11 are attached to the slider 9 with a sleeper 12. The sleeper 12 is pressed by the hydraulic cylinder 4 to the ballast 13 filled into the container 14, which rests on the elastic base 15. To create 30 temperature conditions around the sleeper and the ballast container, a sealed chamber with a refrigerating and heating unit is used. In the working position, the inner part of the sealed chamber provides for a closed volume, limited from the external environment by insulating walls. The sealed chamber contains two side ones. longitudinal walls 16, front end wall 17 and rear end wall 18, and 40 also cover 19 and base 1. Moreover, * the front end wall 17 is removable and serves to feed the sleepers into the sealed chamber. Inside the sealed chamber there is a refrigerating element 20 and 45, a heat-heating element 21, which are supplied to the KT-1000 unit produced by the GDR (the unit for connecting to the chamber and the unit itself are not shown in the drawings), which provides different temperature regimes that can be set.
The ball bearing 22 is designed to transfer the vertical load from the movable rod 5 by means of the slider 9 to the sleeper 12. To move the movable 55 rods 5 are bushings 23 pressed into the fixed beams 10 and passing through the holes in the cover 19 of the sealed chamber. To prepare the stand for testing, the sleeper 12, fed into the sealed chamber through the removable end wall 17, with the sections of the rails 11, is fixed to the sliders 9, which is performed in the absence of oil pressure in the hydraulic cylinders 4. In this case, between the surface of the ballast in the tank 14 and the sole of the sleeper 12 there is a gap, the size of which is adjusted by nuts 7. After the oil is supplied to the hydraulic cylinders 4, the minimum value of the holding load is set in the dynamic loading cycle of the sleeper, at which the springs 8 are compressed, and the sleeper 12 or has a gap with the top of the ballast (when testing the sleeper with separation from the ballast) , contacts the top of the ballast (when testing a tie with zero loading) or transfers a compressive load to it (when testing a tie with a compressive load, which does not allow the tie to come off the ballast during the loading cycle). After closing the front end wall 17 of the sealed chamber and creating the necessary temperature parameters in it, the hydraulic cylinders through a pulsator (not shown in the drawing), operating in automatic mode, are supplied with portions of oil, the frequency of which depends on the speed of the rolling stock simulated at the stand, the force on the rods hydraulic cylinders 4 in this case exceeds the initial force by the value of the load on the axle of the wheelset. At the moment of arrival of a force pulse from each rod of the hydraulic cylinder 4 through movable rods 5, ball bearings 22 and sliders 9 are transmitted through the rails 11 to the sleeper 12, which transfers the load to the ballast 13 located in the tank 14, and through it to the elastic base 15, modulus whose elasticity is equal to the modulus of elasticity of the modeled subgrade. At the moment the load decreases in the cycle to the minimum value, the sleeper 12 is pulled out of the ballast 13 by the springs 8, thereby preventing it from sinking into the ballast during dynamic tests.
17.After completing the tests, the oil pressure in the hydraulic cylinders 4 is reduced to zero, the sole of the sleeper 12 rises above the top of the ballast 13 to its original position until the moment of testing, which allows the sleeper to be removed from the sealed chamber 16 through the removable end wall 17.
