Body is separated by vertical cylindrical partition 3 into chamber A for oxidation of organic matter, settling chamber B, and nitrification chamber C. Body accommodates floating highly porous filler 4 and horizontal netted partitions 5 and aeration system 10, heating system 13 and precipitation discharge system 12. During operation, sewage water is supplied through branch pipe 6 to oxidation chamber A, further on, to settling chamber B, where it changes direction of flow, and silt is separated together with the sorbed dirt. Settled water is fed to nitrification chamber C, where ammonium nitrogen is oxidized due to aeration. To intensify process of treatment, sewage may be heated with heat carrier through system 13.
