Abstract
FIELD: production of carbamide and fertilizer. SUBSTANCE: carbamide is prepared by interaction of carbon dioxide with ammonia (excess of ammonia is 3.6-4.0 moles). The process is carried out at elevated temperature and pressure. Melt which is removed of reaction zone is separated into liquid product and gaseous mixture of unreacted components. This process takes place in steaming zone at pressure of synthesis. Thus separated gas stream is fed into additional reaction zone and fresh portions of carbon dioxide and ammonia are also fed into said zone. Reaction is carried out in adiabatic regime at temperature being equal to those in synthesis zone. Then diluted aqueous solution of carbon ammonium salts is added into thus obtained gaseous products. Thus obtained mixture is fed for condensation and absorption of ammonium carbamate, saturated adsorbent being separated and removed into zone of synthesis. Solution of carbamide being partially steamed in steaming zone is then concentrated. Said concentration is carried out consequently at distillation stage and during evaporation of water in vacuum. Thus concentrated desired product together with aqueous solution of carbon ammonium salts is prepared. The latter component is recycled during synthesis as adsorbent.
