Description
The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular to the domain production, and can be used in the smelting of ferrophosphorus in blast furnaces from phosphorous ores.
The known charge for smelting blast furnace ferrophosphorus (1). This charge has found wide application in blast furnace production, but it has a number of significant drawbacks, namely: blast-furnace slags during the smelting of this charge have a high basicity (ratio (CaO): (SiOa) of final slags reaches 1.3 - 1.5 units. ) due to the high content of the main dense rock and low content of silica of the waste rock, as a result of which the grading (the content of the main element - phosphorus) of the domain ferrophosphorus is insufficient. High and specific coke consumption, because when using this mixture, a large amount of waste rock is melted, which results in a high
выход шлака (более 1500 кг/т чугуна), на физический нагрев которого дополнительно расходуетс топливо (кокс).slag yield (more than 1500 kg / t of pig iron), for which physical heating (coke) is additionally used for physical heating.
(2).The closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved positive result is the charge (2).
The disadvantage of this mixture is that the presence of an increased amount of iron and manganese ores in its composition does not allow for a reduction in the specific consumption of coke and the required basicity of slag for smelting blast-furnace ferrophosphorus of sufficient grade.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the phosphorus content in the alloy and reduce the specific consumption of coke.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the known charge for the production of phosphate ferroalloys, including iron and manganese ore, coke, metal additives, phosphates and phosphide deposits

Выбор пределов содержани остальных компонентов шихты определ етс необходимостью получени доменного феррофосфора по химическому составу, соответствующего требовани м технических условий.the silicide alloy additionally contains quartzite as a calcium-phosphide destructive and calcium-alumina-phosphide binder and flux-carrying material, in the following ratio of components, May: iron ore - 5.0 - 15.0; manganese ore - 0.3 - 1.7; coke - 21.5 - 29.0; metal additives - 14.0 - 22.0 - phosphide no-silicide alloy - 1.0 - 10.0; quartzite - 0.7 - 6.0; phosphorite ore - the rest. The costs of quartzite and phosphide-silicide alloy are decisive factors in the formation of the composition of the charge and the technological conditions of the blast-furnace smelting of the ferrophosphorus. The choice of the limits of the content of the remaining components of the mixture is determined by the need to obtain a domain ferrophosphorus in chemical composition that meets the requirements of the technical conditions.
П р и м е р. PRI me R. In a blast furnace with a useful volume of 145 m3, blast furnace ferrophosphate was smelted using a blast furnace mixture according to the invention, including iron and manganese ores, coke, metal supplements, phosphide-silicide alloy, quartzite and phosphate ore. The use of this mixture allowed to significantly improve the reduction processes of phosphorus in the blast furnace, reduce the cost of heat, improve the slagging processes, stabilize the thermal state of the blast furnace, which is reflected in the indicators presented in the table.
The technical and economic efficiency of the invention is that the use of quartzite as a component of the blast furnace in the smelting of ferrophosphorus as a material that destroys the calcium-phosphide and calcium-alumina-phosphate bindings and has a fluxing capacity, significantly increases the grade of the obtained domain-based ferrophosphorus on the phosphorus content in it by an average of 0.85% (abs.) and reduces the specific consumption of coke on average by 97.0 kg / t of pig iron. The total annual economic effect from the use of the mixture according to the invention is It is a (247.5 thousand. rubles.
