Description
The invention relates to medical technology, in particular to devices for measuring blood pressure.
Известное устройство дл подачи воздуха в систему измерени кров ного давлени содержит последовательно соединенные манжету, воздухопровод, приспособление дл нагнетани воздуха в манжету, выполненное в виде герметичной камеры снабженной нагревателем и клапаном сообщени в атмосферой, внутрь камеры введен адсорбент, имеющий тепловой контакт с нагревателем .The known device for supplying air to the blood pressure measurement system comprises a cuff connected in series, an air duct, a device for injecting air into the cuff, made in the form of a sealed chamber equipped with a heater and a message valve into the atmosphere, an adsorbent having thermal contact with the heater is introduced into the chamber.
However, in such a device, an increase in speed entails an increase in energy consumption, while an increase in efficiency reduces the speed. This is due to the fact that the subsequent cycle of air injection into the cuff can be started only after the adsorbent has cooled to a certain temperature (it is the temperature difference that determines the pressure drop). But then, even when the adsorbent is heated, most of the heat will be released into the surrounding space, which will require additional energy consumption. If we reduce the heat connection of the adsorbent with the environment, for example, enclose the hermetic chamber in heat insulation,

Но в этом случае дл проведени следующего цикла измерений необходимо будет вы- ждать длительное врем ,the heating of the adsorbent and the establishment of a predetermined pressure will occur in less time or at a lower heater current. But in this case, for the next measurement cycle, it will be necessary to wait a long time,
The aim of the invention is to increase speed.
The drawing shows a diagram of the device.
Элемент 4 Пельтье соединен с двухпол рным источником 7 питани .The device comprises a cuff 1, an air duct 2, a device for forcing air into the cuff, made in the form of a sealed chamber 3, the Peltier element 4 and a valve 5. The sealed chamber 3 is filled with an adsorbent 6. Element 4 Peltier is connected to a two-pole power source 7.
The device works as follows.
1.Via valve 5, the chamber is filled with air. When a current of the corresponding polarity is supplied from the two-pole power source 7 to the Peltier element 4, the adsorbent 6 is heated and the adsorbed air is released. The air pressure in the sealed chamber 3 rises and through the air duct 2 it enters the cuff 1.
After the pressure has been adjusted to the required level and the patient's blood pressure is measured, a current of opposite polarity is applied to the Peltier element 4. When this occurs, the cooling of the adsorbent 6, which absorbs air, and
Указанное врем регулируетс изменением рабочего тока через элемент 4 Пельтье, причем, увеличива ток врем уменьшают, а, уменьша врем , цикл нагрев-охлаждение увеличивают.the pressure in the cuff decreases sharply. The minimum possible cycle time for the heating - cooling adsorbent is no more than 5 s. This time is regulated by changing the operating current through the Peltier element 4, and, by increasing the current, the time is reduced, and by reducing the time, the heating-cooling cycle is increased.
A device for supplying air to the blood pressure measurement system improves the speed and reduces the power consumption compared to the known.
In addition, it is possible to change the polarity of the current supplied to the Peltier elements in order to control automatically the process of measuring blood pressure with a much higher speed compared to the prototype and lower power consumption due to the fact that in the Pelt elements, other than Joe - left heat; Peltier heat is also released, as well as by reducing the thermal bond of the adsorbent with the environment.
