Abstract

Использование: дл изготовлени изделий сборного бетона и железобетона. Сущность изобретени : содержит рабочий орган 1, опертый на сблокированные попарно и расположенные симметрично центральной оси стойки 3 основани 2 посредством гибких элементов 5. Причем рабочий орган 1 снабжен установленными на его торцах кронштейнами 9, а на стойках 3 размещены опорные балки 4. Рабочий орган 1 и опорные балки 4 контактируют между собой закрепленными на кронштейнах 9 и опорных балках соответственно верхними 10 и нижними 11 наковальн ми. Поддон 16 формы выполнен съемным, а ее борта 13 - откидными и спертыми на кромки последнего. Claim

1. A vibrating platform for compaction of concrete mixtures, comprising a base stand supported by parallel flexible elements supported in pairs by a pair of semi-axially blocked axially symmetrical axes, a working body with a vibration exciter and a shape formed by a pallet and board equipment, and the working body and racks are in contact with each other using fixed on them, respectively, the upper and lower anvils, with the fact that, in order to increase the reliability and ease of use, it is equipped with additional upper and bottom anvils fixed on racks symmetrically to the central axis, supporting beams, the working body is equipped with brackets mounted on its ends parallel to the longitudinal axis, flexible elements are made in the form of strips of elastic material, with the upper and lower main and additional anvils fixed, respectively on brackets and support beams.
