Abstract

Изобретение относитс к производству изделий сборного бетона и железобетона и позвол ет интенсифицировать процесс уплотнени за счет воздействи на бетонную смесь в форме пространственными силовыми виброимпульсами. Это достигаетс тем, что в виброплощадке дл уплотнени бетонных смесей в форме подвижные рамы 2 и 3 выполнены в виде двутавра в плане, возбудители направленных колебаний 4 и 5 - с закрепленными на поперечинах подвижных рам и расположенных под углом друг к другу дебалансными валами. Синхронизирующа раздаточна коробка 12 размещена между виброблоками на равном рассто нии от их подвижных рам 2 и 3 и имеет расположенные крестообразно в горизонтальной плоскости выходные валы 10 и 11, концы которых соединены посредством карданных валов 8 и 9 синфазно с дебалансными валами. 4 ил.The invention relates to the production of precast concrete and reinforced concrete products and allows to intensify the compaction process due to the effect on the concrete mix in the form of spatial force vibration impulses.
