Description
The invention relates to the chemical technology of textile materials, in particular to the method of mercerization of cellulosic materials, and can be used in light industry.
A number of compositions for the mercerization of cellulose fabrics are known.
For example, liquid ammonia based mercerization solutions provide better results than mercerization with concentrated alkaline solutions, because the fabric quickly wets in connection with low surface tension of ammonia, the composition quickly penetrates into the depth of the fiber, which makes it possible to increase the speed of the process.
The use of liquid ammonia based compounds is prevented by the lack of special sealed equipment for
к. Кроме того, целлюлозные материалы, мерсеризованные жидким аммиаком, легче подвергаютс фотодеструкции , чем мерсеризованные гидроокисью натри .this goal, because ammonia already at a content of 0.05 in air is very irritating to the skin of the eyes and respiratory tract, and higher concentrations cause choking and pneumonia. In addition, cellulose materials mercerized with liquid ammonia are more easily photodestructed than mercerized sodium hydroxide.
For mercerization, aqueous solutions of sodium hydroxide are widely used, both without and with various additives.
For example, a composition for mercerizing cellulose textile materials containing, g / l is known:

Несмотр на положительные результаты мерсеризации указанный состав не нашел практического применени в промышленности, так как содержит в качестве добавки токсичное канцерогенное вещество - винилпирролидон, который отечественной промышленностью не выпускаетс ,,In spite of the positive results of mercerization, this composition did not find practical application in industry, as it contains as an additive a toxic carcinogen - vinyl pyrrolidone, which is not produced by the domestic industry,
The most widely used are mercerizing solutions containing surfactant wetting agents as an additive, since they provide an increase in the rate of penetration of the solution into the fiber, however, only a small amount of wetting agents are stable in concentrated solutions of sodium hydroxide, which are used for mercerization.
Наиболее близким по технической сущности и выбранным в качестве прототипа вл етс состав дл мерсеризации целлюлозных тканей, содержащий, г/л: Гидроокись натри 200-220 Смачмвательсульфирол-80 ,5-1,0The closest in technical essence and selected as a prototype is a composition for mercerization of cellulose fabrics, containing, g / l: Sodium hydroxide 200-220 Smachem sulphirol-80, 5-1.0

Существенным недостат- This composition is mainly used for mercerizing cotton fabrics. After treatment, the fabric has a satisfactory gloss, its physicomechanical parameters correspond to the existing requirements. However, during the mercerization, considerable foaming is observed, which leads to non-uniform mercerization and negatively affects the quality of dyeing. The composition causes significant technological shrinkage of the material, which for weave fabrics is about 10-12% in weft, and 15-20% for cotton-siblon fabrics. This leads to the need for significant subsequent tissue spreading, which in turn leads to an increase in shrinkage after washing the finished product. The weft shrinkage after washing the cotton-fibrous fabric with the treated composition is 5-7%, and while, in accordance with the requirements of GOST, it should not exceed 2%. The strength of the cotton-sibling fabric after mercerization due to the weakening of the symblon fiber decreases by a factor of 3-5. Significant disadvantages

The goal is achieved by introducing into the mercerizing solution based on sodium hydroxide as an additive organosilicon substance, which is a water-alcohol solution of alumomethylsiloxane sodium and alumomethylsiliconate sodium - Petrosil 2M, with the following ratio of components, g / l: 135 hydroxide -180

In order to maintain the same mercerization conditions in order to eliminate the influence of side factors on the quality of the mercerization, the fabric is punctured under the same tension on the needle frame and impregnated in this state with the mercerization solution at 20 ° C for 60 seconds. Then the fabric is washed with hot and cold water, then removed from the framework, neutralized with a solution of sulfuric acid at a concentration of 5 g / l, washed with cold water, wrung out in laboratory plus and dried at 80 ° C.
