Description
The invention relates to poultry farming and can be used to increase the specific immunity of a bird to Newcastle disease.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the method.
Before incubation, the embryos of the pits are treated with a monochromatic polarized coherent red light of an LGN-104 helium-neon laser, a wavelength of 632.8 nm, an output power of 50 mW / cm2 across the rotating, scanning, on six mirror planes, the device in combination with irradiation (heating) with a DNNG-500 gas discharge lamp, a wavelength of 630-650 nm, an average dose of
Exposure to the treatment of ICH with a LGN laser is 104 3 min, with a DNESG-500 lamp 5 min.
As a result of the photoprocessing of the eggs, an increase in the antibody titers in the serum of young birds is observed, which were determined using the hemagglutination delay reaction.
In the day-old broiler chickens of the control group, the peak concentration of antibody titers is in hemaglutinin dilution titers of 1:16, which is 34% of the studied birds, and the variation in positive reactions from a dilution of 1: 4 to 1: 128, while these results correspond to

1:8 - 1:256.but in the chickens group the laser exposure is 1:64 or 36% and 1: 8 is 1: 256.
The best results of maternal immunity intensity, more uniform immune background were observed in the group of chickens obtained from embryos subjected to preincubation laser treatment.
1:512 (74%).In the month-old broilers of the experimental group vaccinated against Newcastle disease with the VGNKI Bor-74 vaccine, they also noted the best results in immunity levels. The hesitation of the hemagglutinin dilution titers for which a positive reaction is observed ranged from 1:16 and 1: 4096, and in the control group the birds were 1: 8 and 1: 4096, respectively. The peak intensity of immunity is 1:64 dilution titer (26%) in the control group; in a group of chickens obtained from treated eggs 1: 128 (30%). The absolute majority of responders in the control are titers of hemagglutinin dilution from 1:32 and 1: 256 (74%), in the experiment from 1:64 to 1: 512 (74%).
Hemagglutinin titers in a test bird obtained from the same quality of eggs grown under the same production conditions allow us to state that irradiation of embryos prior to initiation of incubation stimulates the synthesis of hemagglutinins in the body of the bird.
This method allows to increase the maternal immune background in day-old chicks, immunity intensity in birds vaccinated against Newcastle disease with a vaccine from the Bor-74 VGNKI strain, survival rate of chickens (by 4%) in contact with the Newcastle disease virus.
