The invention relates to the fishing industry, in particular, to devices for orienting fish during the mechanization of loading fish into the cassettes of a cutting machine.

In the loading machines for fish dressing machines, various orientations are used, which, however, cannot work when moving fish in several streams.

The closest in technical essence to the present invention is a device for orienting fish in one direction with the help of a smooth inclined conveyor and two sliding drums with hinged plates. In the first device, the fish is oriented in one direction with the head due to the properties of the fish: the center of body is closer to the head, the resistance when the fish moves headfirst is less than when it moves with the tail fin forward. In the second device, the fish is oriented when passing through the drums due to

greater flexibility of the fin than the head.

These devices are characterized by insufficient orientation reliability and limited performance due to low speeds of fish movement.

The purpose of the Invention is to increase the reliability of orientation of fish, which are arranged longitudinally in trays of cassettes of a multi-threaded conveyor, with the head in one direction during its continuous movement.

The device works as follows
