Description
The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to machines for harvesting fruits of melons and gourds, and can be used for harvesting pumpkins, watermelons and other vegetables.
The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the technological process of collecting the fruits of melons 1cultures.
FIG. 1 shows a pick of fruits of melon crops, general view; in fig. 2 is the same, side view; in fig. 3 - the same, top view.
The picker of the fruits of melons contains a working body mounted on the frame 1, which is connected with the transporting element 2 to the receiving bin (conventionally not shown). The working body is made of a finger grid, consisting of at least two parts - the upper 3 and lower 4, installed with the possibility of rotation and closing, respectively, on shafts 5 and 6, one above the other in a transverse vertical plane: Fingers of each part 3 and 4 lattices have oppositely directed cutting edges 7 and 8. The upper part 3 of the lattice is rotated by hydraulic cylinders 9, and the lower part 4 by hydraulic cylinders 10. Transporting element 2 has strips 11 to prevent the fruit from rolling.
The device works as follows.
When moving across the field, the working body slides along the surface of the soil, copying it, partially pressing the lash and weed to the soil. The fruit, in contact with the soil surface and attached by the stem to the lash, creates resistance to its rolling, which in turn allows the upper 3 and lower 4 parts of the finger grid to slide along the spherical surface of the pumpkin, the passage offset by the contact of the pumpkin with the soil. At the same time, there is an accumulation of fruits on the working body and also partly of leafy mass. The distance between the fingers is established so that the fruit is picked up of almost all growing sizes, which is typical for pumpkin fruits.
As the fruits accumulate with
При очередномhydraulic cylinders 9 are raised by raising the upper part 3 of the finger grid. When this happens, the stalk is cut off from the scourge and the pumpkin is moved to the receiving conveyor 2. After the upper part 3 of the lattice has been released from the fruit, it is forced down by the hydraulic cylinder 9 until it contacts the lower part-4 of the finger grid. This involves cutting the weaves and stalks of the weeds. At the next
В дальнейшем они служат дл опускани этой же решетки до контакта ее с решеткой 4, при этом происходит разрезание стебельной массы и плетей.-Гthe ascent of the leafy mass is directed with the fruits to the receiving conveyor 2, where as the mass advances, this mass is also sifted. The hydraulic cylinder 10 rotates the lower part 4 of the grid, which is located on the shaft 6, in order to correct it relative to the pumpkin float and the soil. When the oil is fed into the hydraulic cylinders 9, the upper part 3 of the grid is rolled up to roll the fruit onto the conveyor 2. Later they serve to lower the same grid until it comes into contact with the grid 4, thus cutting the stem mass and lash.
