Abstract
Usage: aircraft and shipbuilding for welding seams in protective gas. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: The technological bar, installed at the end of the joint to be welded, is attached to the parts to be welded at two points located on opposite sides of the joint at a distance of no more than half the length of the technological bar. Then, surfacing is carried out perpendicular to the direction of the seam at a distance from the welded parts that is less than half the width of the technological bar. 1 il.
Description
The invention relates to welding, in particular to the technology of argon-arc welding of butt joints, and can be used in aircraft and shipbuilding.
Известен способ дуговой сварки, при котором свариваемые пластины креп т к технологической планке двум прихватками .There is a known method of arc welding, in which the plates to be welded are attached to the technological bar with two tacks.
The disadvantage of this method is that the tacks cannot create compressive stresses in the end sections of the weld, and although they reduce the distortion of the product, they do not prevent the formation of end cracks.
The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the seams by reducing the likelihood of end cracks in the final seam section.
This is achieved by the fact that the technological strip is installed on the tacks, and on the technological strip, on the half of it that fits to the tacks, surfacing is perpendicular to the seam.
The drawing shows a scheme for implementing the method.
The method is carried out as follows.
При этом повышаетс качество шва за счет уменьшени веро тности образовани концевых трещин на конечном участке .Pre-prepared weldable plates 1 and 2 are assembled to them by means of two tacks 3, located at least half the length of the technological bar, fixed technological bar 4, and then previously on the technological bar 4, half, adjacent to tacks 3, surfacing 5 perpendicular to the seam. Then, plates 1 and 2 are butt-welded. As a result of surfacing 5, shrinking force Rus appears in the technological strip 4, which leads to compression of the welded plates 1 and 2. At the same time, the quality of the seam increases by reducing the likelihood of end cracks in the final section.
