Abstract
The invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine, in particular to methods for producing vitamin preparations. The purpose of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of the drug. The method consists in adding lipoic acid in an amount of 0.9-1.1 May.0 / vol by volume to the oil solution of vitamins A, D, E, F. at 38-42 ° C. This method is meant to obtain a vitamin preparation, which decreases the higher efficacy of O. 2 table.

The method is carried out as follows.
Vitamins A, D, E, F are dissolved in vegetable oil GOST 1129-73 in a physiologically reasonable ratio, sterilized by autoclaving, cooled to a temperature of 40 ± 2 ° C and with constant stirring on a magnetic stirrer, lipoic acid is introduced into the the amount of 0.9-1.1 wt.% by volume,
Table 1 shows the time for complete dissolution of lipoic acid, depending on temperature and quantity.
As can be seen from Table 1, it is preferable to have a temperature regime of 40-42 ° C, the optimum one being 42 ° C.
In the first series of experiments, a weight of 0.9 g of lipoic acid was dissolved with constant stirring on a magnetic stirrer in appropriate quantities of tetravite heated to 38, 40 and 42 ° C to a concentration of 0.9 wt.% Per volume, observing measures asepsis.
Состав полученного витаминного препарата следующий: (в 1 мл)The time of complete dissolution of the drug was 26 ± 5, 22 ± 4 and 18 ± 4 minutes, respectively. The composition of the obtained vitamin preparation is as follows: (in 1 ml)
