Description
The invention relates to the printing industry and can be used in inking devices of offset printing machines.
In printing, in printing processes, there is a known method of applying ink to a plate cylinder with a knurling roller, the ink transferring to the printing areas of the form, and the gap areas are protected by a dampening solution applied by the wetting device.
The disadvantage of this method is the use of a moistening solution for wetting the gap elements, since fluctuations in the supply of the moistening solution create a number of problems in the printing process. For example, the drying speed of the ink, the emulsification of ink on the reverse side of the prints on the receiving table decrease, the sharpness of the image on the prints decreases, stretching of the printed material, which leads to non-insertion, possibly the appearance of flow due to changes in the properties of the printing ink. All this ultimately negatively affects the quality of printed products.
Наиболее близким к предлагаемому техническим решением вл етс способ нанесени краски на формный цилиндр, заключающийс в использовании специальных эмульсионных красок, при использовании которых полностью отпадает необходимость в увлажн ющих аппаратах Также используют формы, не требующие увлажнени .The closest to the proposed technical solution is the method of applying paint to the plate cylinder, which involves the use of special emulsion paints, which completely eliminate the need for moisturizing devices. Also, forms that do not require wetting are used.
For the application of emulsion paints to the form it is proposed to use knurled fabric rollers, formed by interlacing two types of fibers, one of which has oleophilic and the other hydrophilic properties. The former are perceived from the emulsion solution and the paint is transferred to the mold, and the latter moisture. However, the known method has the following

The complexity of the design and manufacture of rolling fabric rollers, which makes this method very expensive. In addition, the emulsion ink includes a dampening solution, which also leads to a decrease in the quality of printed products for the indicated reasons.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality and reduce the cost of printing.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in a known method for applying paint to a plate cylinder, applying paint to a rolling roller and transferring from a rolling roller to a plate cylinder, before applying the paint to a rolling roller, the surface of the plate cylinder is treated with a solution, the solution is transferred from the spacing elements to the corresponding areas of the knurling roller, and after transferring the paint from the rolling roller to the forming cylinder, the fixed areas on the surface of the rolling roller are washed out.
З - закреплени раствора на накатном валике; на фиг.4 - обработка закрепленных участков; на фиг.5 - передача краски с накатного валика (НВ) на формный цилиндр (ФЦ).Figure 1 shows the application of the solution on the form cylinder; figure 2 - transfer of the solution from the plate cylinder on the rolling roller; in FIG. 3 — securing the solution on the rolling roller; figure 4 - processing of fixed areas; figure 5 - transfer of paint from the rolling roller (HB) on the plate cylinder (FC).
The proposed method of applying paint to the plate cylinder is implemented as follows.
The whitespace elements of the plate cylinder are treated with a solution that does not wet the printed elements. After that, transfer the solution onto a rolling roller equal in diameter to the form cylinder. Thanks to this, a copy of the form is obtained on the rolling roller. The roll roller is made hollow with a porous lining. A part of the solution, due to the capillary effect, flows into the pores, and the other part remains on the surface and the knurling roller. Thereafter, the operation is performed by fixing the solution on a rolling roller by drying.
Printing ink is fed through the hollow point of the rolling roller at some technologically necessary pressure. In this case, the ink leaves through the non-solution-closed porous surface of the shell of the knurling roller and, therefore, is transmitted only to the printing elements of the plate cylinder, which does not require pre-moistening of the mold. After the printing process, the fixed portions of the surface of the knurling roller are washed out from the inside by supplying the leaching fluid to dissolve the fixed portions. Thus, the knurling roller can be reused.
Применение предлагаемого способа позволит упростить конструкцию красочного аппарата за счет устранени увлажнени формы, удешевить способ сухого офсета за счет использовани обычной офсетной краски и формы и увеличить качество печати благодар отсутствию негативного вли ни увлажн ющего раствора на печатную продукцию .The application of the proposed method will simplify the design of the dyeing apparatus by eliminating the wetting of the form, reduce the cost of the dry offset method by using conventional offset inks and the shape and increase the print quality due to the absence of the negative effect of the dampening solution on the printed products.
The expected economic effect can be obtained by reducing the cost and reducing the time for servicing the inking machine.
