Description
Изобретение относитс к машиностроению , а именно к конструкции роторов волновых обменников давлени , получивших распространение в качестве устройств дл наддува двигател внутреннего сгорани .The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to the design of the rotors of wave pressure exchangers, which have become popular as devices for pressurizing an internal combustion engine.
A rotor of a wave pressure exchanger is known, containing two sections of longitudinal cells divided in height and one of the sections (additional) is shortened with respect to the other, the main one.
However, in this case, the rotor manufacturing technology becomes more complicated, namely, a greater number of operations are required to process the ends and part of the bandage of the stepped rotor, as well as the end plate of the body adjacent to it.
The aim of the invention is to simplify the manufacturing technology of the rotor and housing.
The goal is achieved by those. what's in the famous wave exchanger rotor
давлени , содержащем коаксиально расположенные основную и дополнительную секцию с продольными чейками и имеющем со стороны подвода и отвода сжимаемого воздуха плоский торец, а одна из секций чеек- дополнительна выполнена укороченной по сравнению с чейками основной секции согласно изобретению торец ротора со стороны подвода и отвода сжимающего газа выполнен плоским, при этом продольные чейки основной секции расположены под углом к продольной оси ротора, а продольные чейки дополнительной секции параллельны последней.pressures containing coaxially arranged main and additional sections with longitudinal cells and having a flat end on the side of the inlet and outlet of compressed air, and one of the sections of the cells is complementary shortened in comparison with the cells of the main section according to the invention the end of the rotor on the inlet and outlet side made flat, while the longitudinal cells of the main section are at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the rotor, and the longitudinal cells of the additional section are parallel to the latter.
The drawing shows the sweep of the rotor wave pressure exchanger
The rotor of the wave pressure exchanger contains an additional section 1 of longitudinal cells and a main section 2 of longitudinal cells. The longitudinal cells of the main section 2 are angled /) to the longitudinal axis

ротора, а продольные чейки дополнительной секции 1 параллельны продольной оси ротора.the rotor, and the longitudinal cells of the additional section 1 are parallel to the longitudinal axis of the rotor.
The working process in the wave pressure exchanger with the proposed rotor and in the known (prototype) proceeds without changes.
The rotor of the wave pressure exchanger is manufactured, as a rule, by multisectional casting and further machining. In this case, in a known construction (prototype) it is necessary to machine both the ends of the main and additional sections of the cells and the outer surface of the main section of the cells of the stepped rotor by separate operations, usually at least three, and in the proposed one in one operation. In addition, in the proposed rotor, the bandage dividing the sections in height is made of smaller thickness, which allows in the same dimensions to increase the flow area and reduce the mass of the rotor.
Thus, the proposed rotor design makes it possible to simplify its manufacturing technology, reducing the cost and weight.
