Предлагаема сырьева смесь дл получени теплоизол ционного материала, включающа силикат натри , наполнитель, борную кислоту, в качестве силиката натри содержит силикат- глыбу, в качестве наполнител - известн к и дополнительно воду при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: силикат-глыба 50-60; известн к 5-15; борна кислота 2,5-3,5; вода остальное. 1 табл.The invention relates to the manufacture of thermal insulation materials. Из смеси формовали образцы - кубики 10x10x10 см путем свободной укладки их в формы с дес тисекундным вибрированием на стандартной лабораторной виброплощадке . Далее формы со смесью помещали в сушильный шкаф и прогревали при 250°С в течение 1,5 ч. После остывани образцов определ ли их среднюю плотность, прочность на сжатие, коэффициент водостойкости.Samples — cubes 10x10x10 cm — were molded from the mixture by free-laying them in forms with ten-second vibrations on a standard laboratory vibrating plate.
