Abstract
Изобретение относитс к способам определени производительности ленточного конвейера. Цель - повышение точности определени производительности. Способ включает измерение поперечного сечени грузопотока 3 по ленте 1 и скорости движени ленты с последующим интегрированием во времени. Дл этого на участок ленты 1 с грузопотоком 3 под углом подают щелевой световой поток (ЩСП) 5. Затем опреде- л ют площадь поперечного сечени грузопотока на ленте по уменьшению величины ЩСП 5 с помощью фоточувствительного элемента 7 и оптической системы, в фокусе которой расположен участок ленты, на который направлен ЩСП 5. Скорость ленты определ ют по частоте включени ЩСП 5, пропорциональной частоте импульсного техогенераторного датчика 11 скорости движени ленты.
