Способ включает предварительное удаление минеральных и органических веществ путем отстаивани при 75°С, обработку раствором гидрооксида кальци до положительного значени индекса стабильности с одновременным введением силиката натри в количестве , эквивалентном содержанию свободных групп ОН, и последующую ультрафильтрацию .
