Description
Изобретение относитс к производству низших алифатических спиртов сернокислотной, гидратацией соответствующих олефинов, а именно к способам очистки от органических примесей отработанной серной кислоты с использованием метода экстракции, и может быть использовано главным образом в нефтехимической и химической промышленности .The invention relates to the production of lower aliphatic alcohols with sulfuric acid, the hydration of the corresponding olefins, and specifically to methods of purifying waste sulfuric acid from organic impurities using an extraction method, and can be used mainly in the petrochemical and chemical industries.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the process and reduce acid losses during the purification of spent acid from the production of lower aliphatic alcohols.
Sulfuric acid is purified from organic impurities. From the process of synthesis of lower aliphatic alcohols with a concentration of 35-60% by treatment at 20-1OO C With Petrov's Contact. Petrov's contact is a 50-55% aqueous solution of oil-soluble sulfonic acids from dark yellow to dark brown, soluble in water in any ratio, electrically conductive. Organic impurities transferred to Petrov's Contact, extracted from sulfuric acid, do not actually change its characteristics.

В результате применени предлагаемого способа снижаетс в 10-20 раз расход серной кислоты, так как отпадает необходимость замены загр зненной кислоты , циркулирующей в процессе, на свежую .tic, and the extract can be used as a raw material for obtaining a neutralized black contact. The process of purification of sulfuric acid with a concentration of 35-60% from organic impurities using Petroleum Contact as an extractant does not require expensive equipment, is carried out at atmospheric pressure and room temperature, as well as amounts of extractant that are small in relation to sulfuric acid, extractant: acid ratio 1 : 200 - 1:20. In this case, a degree of purification of at least 65 is achieved, satisfying the requirements of the synthesis process of lower aliphatic alcohols. As a result of applying the proposed method, the consumption of sulfuric acid is reduced by a factor of 10 to 20, since there is no need to replace the contaminated acid circulating in the process with a fresh one.
Example. The test was carried out in a glass stirred tank reactor. Waste sulfuric acid extractant is loaded into the reactor and the mixture is stirred for 5 minutes. After settling, the lower layer is analyzed for the content of organic products in the acid. The experiment was carried out at room temperature.
The results of the experiments are summarized in the table.
