The disadvantages of the known mastic are the insufficient depth of the painted layer according to the pattern, the long time of absorption into the ceramic base and the increased viscosity of the mastic.
The aim of the invention is to increase the depth of the layer to be painted according to the pattern, reducing the time of absorption by the unfired ceramic base and reducing the viscosity of the mastic.

As salts of metals with variable valence, acid or chloride salts of cobalt, manganese, iron, copper, nickel, chromium, and mixtures thereof can be used.
Mastic is produced by co-grinding all the components in a ball mill until it is completely through the 0056 sieve, rubbed through the 008 mesh and used for serial printing. Viscosity mastic 12-16 dPa with. Mastic is applied to raw materials (Sneglazed floor tiles) with a moisture content of 3-5% through stencils having 27-30 threads per centimeter of length. The absorption time of ceramic mastic is 5–10 s.
Decorated tiles are dried and fired on a flow-conveyor line with current firing modes for unglazed floor tiles. The maximum firing temperature is 1050-1080 ° C. Roasting time 60 min. Burnt tiles have a colored layer along the contour of the pattern to a depth of 1-3 mm.
In tab. 1 shows the composition of the mastic, in table. 2 - their properties.
Comparative tests of the proposed and known mastics allow us to conclude that the invention is aimed at obtaining unglazed decorated floor tiles, since such tiles are non-slip and have a high resistance to abrasion, which makes them more durable compared to glazed ones.
When using tiles, the pattern is more durable thanks to the colored layer to a depth of 3 mm.
