Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, namely to rheumatology. The aim of the invention is the use of kelloid therapy in the period of the beginning of remission and lengthening the terms of remission. The goal is realized in that a 10-day course of external irradiation of the affected joints with monochromatic coherent red light from a neon laser with a gradual increase in the power flux density from 1 to 3 mW / cm2 and the exposure time from 1 to 3 min followed by continuation laser therapy every other day (10 sessions), a sequence of them with unhealthy applications (16-18 procedures) with an increase in exposure from 15 to 25 minutes, and on a day free from throat applications for 12-16 hours I impose on the interested joints t compresses with ronidase. The advantage of this method is the possibility of changing the green at the beginning of remission with a good clinical and immunological effect, preventing the process from escalating and prolonging the period of remission. cl
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to rheumatology.
The aim of the invention is the use of kelloid therapy in the period of the beginning of remission and lengthening the terms of remission.
The method is carried out as follows.
During the period of beginning remission, a 10-day course of irradiation of the affected joints is carried out with monochromatic coherent red light from a helium-neon ULF-01 laser with a wavelength of 632.8 nm, a light output power of 15 mW and a power density of 1-3 mW / cm at duration
воздействи от 1 до 3 мин на одно поле при общей продолжительности .10-15 мин.effects from 1 to 3 minutes per field with a total duration of .10-15 minutes.
В дни отдыха от гр зевых процедур продолжают лазерное облучение (всего 10 процедур).After this, a course of active greening is started: applications t 40–42 ° C, 15 min (1 and 2); 20 min (3. and 4); 25 min (all the rest up to 16-18 procedures), applying them every other day. On the days of rest from the throat procedures, laser irradiation continues (10 procedures in total).
В период лечени гр зью, в дни лазерных процедур, на область заинтересованных суставов накладывают компрессы из ронидазы на 12-16 ч (16 процедур на курс).During the period of treatment with the patient, during the days of laser procedures, compresses from ronidase are applied to the area of the interested joints for 12-16 hours (16 procedures per course).

Значительно улучшились, либо нор- мализовались показатели состо ни соединительной ткани и иммунологической реактивности.reading The treatment by the proposed method. The course of treatment included 20 irradiations with a helium-neon laser, 16 grivial applications, 15 compresses from a romanidase. Significantly improved or normalized indicators of connective tissue and immunological reactivity.
The girl was discharged with significant improvement. For two years, the disease recurrences have not been noted, the joints are intact. The advantage of the proposed method is that its use allows the use of active healing at an earlier time (with the beginning remission) with good clinical and immunological effect, lengthening remission, prevent aggravation of the process and disability of children.
Forum and treatment method for treating patients with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis by means of draining applications, characterized in that, in order to prolong remission and prevent recurrence and disability of children, before starting the greening the wire t external irradiation of the affected joints with monochromatic coherent red light from a helium-neon laser with a gradual increase in the power flux density from 1 to 3 mW / cm 2 and exposure time from 1 to 3 min, a course of 10 days, then laser therapy is carried out every other day, alternating with thrusts with increasing exposure from 15 to 25 minutes, and on the day of free throat applications for 12–16 hours, ronidase compresses are applied to the joints.
