Дл нахождени калибровочных коэффициентов салидрозида и п-тирозола готов т смеси с известным содержанием этих веществ 0,01 - 1,0 мг/мл.
П р и м е р 2. Навеску корневищ родиолы Кириллова 1,0 г экстрагируют в колбе объемом 100 мл в количестве 15 мл при кип чении 15 мин. Экстракт упаривают под вакуумом при 40 - 45°С, раствор ют остаток в 20 мл воды, фильтруют и пробу жидкости 20 мкл ввод т в колонку, элюируют 3%-ным этанолом и 0,002 М раствором фосфата аммони .

- Формула изобретени Способ жидкостно-хроматографическо- го определени пол рных органических веществ , заключающийс в разделении пробы на Cie-функциональном сорбенте в потоке элюента с добавками и УФ-детектировании, отличающийс тем, что, с целью обеспечени возможности отделени салидрозида и п-тирозола в экстракте родиолы розовой, ускорени времени и сокращени трудоемкости разделени , в качестве элюента используют 2 - 5%-ный раствор этанола в воде с добавкой однозамещенного фосфата аммони , а УФ- детектирование компонентов провод т при длине волны 278 н/м.
