Abstract
IThe invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics and traumatology, and can be applied in the treatment of high congenital dislocations of the hip in cases of dysplasia of the hilar roof. In order to provide support while preserving the function of the thigh muscles, the subglacial area is exposed, oblique osteotomy is performed at the level of the sciatic tubercle, the proximal fragment is caused so that the small skewer abuts against the upper edge of the acetabulum. Outside the wound, along the outer surface of the thigh, fragments are fixed with rods, which are stabilized in the external fixation device. I
Description
Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к ортопедии и травматологии, и может быть применено при лечении высокого врожденного вывиха бедра при дисплазии крыши вертлужной впадины .The invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics and traumatology, and can be applied in the treatment of high congenital dislocation of the hip with acetabular roof dysplasia.
The purpose of the invention is to provide support while maintaining the function of the thigh muscles.
The method is carried out as follows.
External access exposes the backfill area, performs oblique under-osteotomy at the level of the sciatic tubercle, the proximal fragment is brought so that the small skewer abuts against the upper edge of the acetabulum. Outside the wound, along the outer surface of the thigh, the fragments are fixed with rods, which are stabilized in the external fixation device.
Example. Ill, G., 13 years old, operated on for high congenital dislocation of the right thigh with acetabular roof dysplasia: in the supine position on the back, the underside area on the right is exposed, the underlay is made by osteotomy at the level of the sciatic bone - the hill. The proximal fragment is brought all the way to the small skewer to the upper edge of the acetabulum and in this position is fixed to the ilium bone with three rods outside the wound. The distal fragment of the femur is fixed with three rods in the lower third of the femur in the same plane along the outer surface of the femur. Wound
