Description

The invention relates to medicine, namely neuralgia.

The purpose of the invention is to reduce the duration of treatment.

The method is carried out as follows.

On the projection of the exit points of the trigeminal nerve branches, depending on the location of the lesion (I, II or III branch) in the trigger zones, the irradiator acts as a horn from the Yaz-G device - 7.1 at a working wavelength of 7.105 mm (frequency 42194 + 10 MHz s irradiation power density of at least 10 mW / cm2 for 5-10 min).

The projections of the I branch are the supraorbital foramen, the Kurkov zone is the edge of the orbit. The projection of the exit points of the II branches is the infraorbital opening, the Kurkov zone is the base of the wing of the nose.

The projection of the exit points of the II branch is the mental foramen, the Kurkov zone is the corner of the mouth.

Diagnosis - neuralgia II branch of the trigeminal nerve on the left. Treatment: finlepsin, aminazine, teonikol, vitamins, physiotherapy - Berner's currents, UHF, Darsonval - without effect. Gradually, the attacks became more frequent, became more severe. Acupuncture course - no effect. The pains became permanent, aggravated by dragging, talking, eating. Against the background of persistent pain, several times a day, intolerable, burning paroxysmal pains appeared.

The patient was admitted to the clinic. During the inspection, an attack of pain arose: the face twisted, the left eye closed due to convulsive twitching of the facial muscles in response to the attack of pain, the left cheek reddened, tearing. At the end of the attack, there remained constant burning pain at the lower edge of the orbit in the region of the infraorbital foramen in the region of the lateral groove of the wing of the nose and on the buccal mucosa in the oral cavity. Could not speak, since speech and touch caused attacks.

ОABOUT

Hyperesthesi and edema of the left cheek appeared.

The patient received an electromagnetic wave of the millimeter range of extremely high frequency (EHF-therapy) on the projection region of the infraorbital orifice at the lower edge of the orbit and then on the side sulcus region of the wing of the nose (face pain points). When exposed during the first session for 5 minutes, the effect appears in the form of a significant reduction in pain.

After the second session for 5 minutes, the pain stopped. After the third session, the patient felt healthy, the pain completely disappeared, she felt good. After 20 days, against the background of the absence of pain before discharge, the asymmetry of blood filling in the left facial artery was re-identified in a control reographic study. Taking into account eographical data again held 4 sessions

EHF for 5 minutes on the specified pain points on the cheek.

As a result of 4 sessions of EHF-blood filling on the left facial artery was higher than the original (A-0.25 cm instead of 0.1 cm at admission). Discharged home healthy.
