Description
The invention relates to the technique of underground repair, in particular, to the restoration of the tightness of casing strings by metal adhesives of oil, water and gas wells.
There is a known method for repairing a casing string when, before launching a plaster into a well, on a special device of the DORN type, its outer surface is covered with a sealing compound based on nairit NT.
The disadvantage of this method is that, in order to ensure that the patch is coupled with the column, in the initial period of its expansion, the end of the patch on the approach side of the dorning head of the device is not covered with a sealant. The length of this area corresponds to the size of 300-500 mm.
Этот герметик токсичен в процессе его нанесени .In addition, the use of NT sealant is limited in temperature to + 70 ° C and does not provide sufficient adhesion between the plaster and the casing. This sealant is toxic during application.
В результате чего существует веро тность продольного смещени пластыр по колонне .When expanding a patch by pulling a dorning head through it in the initial period, there is no guarantee of a good fit between the column and the patch. As a result, there is a likelihood of longitudinal displacement of the patch along the column.
Все эти недостатки не позвол ют обеспечить поставленную цель - локальную герметизацию обсадной колонны в скважине путем надежной установки пластыр .All these shortcomings do not allow to achieve the set goal - local sealing of the casing string in the well by means of reliable installation of the patch.
The known method includes a longitudinally-corrugated plaster covered with fiberglass with cured
композицией на основе эпоксидной смолы, спуск к месту дефекта и расширение его до контактного сопр жени с внутренней поверхностью обсадной КОЛОННЫ с помощью специального транспортного устройства. a composition based on epoxy resin, descending to the place of defect and its expansion to contact interface with the inner surface of the casing with a special transport device.
The disadvantage of this method is that in the initial period there is no guarantee of high-quality coupling of the patch with the column (there is a probability of displacement of the patch along the column).
Кроме того, технологи нанесени этого герметика непроста , материал токсичен, имеет короткую жизнеспособность (до 24 ч), что приводит к преждевременному затвердеванию .In addition, the technology of applying this sealant is not easy, the material is toxic, has a short viability (up to 24 hours), which leads to premature hardening.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the adhesion efficiency of the patch to the casing at the initial moment of operation of the dorning head.
This goal is achieved by applying a plaster to the end sections of the outer sealing coating before applying the well to a granular material with a hardness greater than that of the casing material and plaster and a size not exceeding the wall thickness of the plaster. Such material may be, for example. and (brazivny stone, diamond, hard alloy.
The sealing material can be a tape GERLEND-D. This tape has good ductility, self-adhesive, which makes it possible to apply a hard material on its adhesive (working) surface, in the form of a multifaceted crumb, without the use of additional glue immediately before applying the tape to a metal adhesive.
При расширении пластыр до сопр жени с обсадной трубой зернистый твердый материал своими гран ми врезаетс в обсадную колонну и пластырь, обеспечива прочный контакт на более коротком отрезке , чем,это происходит без его применени , и повышает коэффициент успешности и надежности установки пластыр ,.When the patch expands to mate with the casing, the granular solid material smashes into the casing and the patch with its edges, providing a strong contact at a shorter length than it does without using it, and increases the success rate and reliability of the patch installation.
Using these qualities of solid material, the sealing material (tape GERLEN-D) applied immediately from the end of the patch, did not leave a technical pass on the length of 300-500 mm long. coupling the casing with a plaster in the initial period of expansion with a dorning head. This allows, from the standpoint of sealing the repaired section of the casing, to use a patch over its entire length.
The amount of application of the sealant with a solid granular material can practically not be limited, however, to ensure reliable adhesion of the patch to the casing, 200-400 mm is sufficient at the initial time, i.e. on one or two rings applied tape GERLEN-D with a solid granular material.
The drawing shows a blank patch.
3.The sealing material 1 using a solid granular material in the form of a crumble of a polyhedral form 2 is applied to a metal corrugated pipe 3.
The proposed solution improves the success rate of the installation of the patch and eliminates the need to leave the process area without applying a sealing material.
